I've been coming here for years. It is a pretty pricy grocery store but they do have decent organic options in a neighborhood that is bleak in that department. There is the health emporium but that's not not walking distance for me. I generally come here for small groceries such as my nut milks or snacks and ice cream etc. This is super convenient for me when I can't go to Trader Joe's or Whole Foods. Onto their sandwiches. Their sandwiches are decent but their service can be pretty slow depending on the time of day. Especially when you're in a rush this isn't the best place to order a quick sandwich. Most service is good here but again depending on the time. I'm just happy there's a natural store near me that has a decent selection of products.
